Maria and Paul had a perfectly sunny, blue sky wedding day at the beginning of October. As I arrived at St Gabriel's Church to capture Paul and their guests arriving, there were a few clouds still in the sky, but they soon disappeared. Once Maria arrived, their guests were treated to a very humorous address by Father John Casey, who is such a character! Meanwhile, their son Nathan (who just looked absolutely adorable in his kilt outfit - just look at the toaty sporran!) fell asleep in his grandmother's arms, but woke up in time for the crucial part, the signing of the register! After the ceremony, we made our way over to the Gleddoch House Hotel in Langbank. The views of the Clyde estuary were fantastic and we used them to full effect in their portraits! Their guests enjoyed pre dinner drinks in the warm and cosy Gleddoch House Hotel lounge (well, apart from when they were called out for any group photos... I think absolutely everyone remarked how chilly it was!).
The evening kicked off with Paul and Maria's first dance - which started off slow but the energy soon picked up! - and then the dance floor was buzzing with guests of all ages! I love it when that happens!
Maria and Paul, really enjoyed spending the day with you and meeting your family and friends. You are a fantastic couple, and Nathan is just so cute! Many congrats again and I hope you enjoy this preview!
